Just a reminder that tomorrow is Wig Day Wednesday. We will be showing our support for Child Cancer Foundation by wearing mufti and a wig and giving a gold coin donation.
If you don't have a wig you can make one using a template from the Wig Wednesday website, or make a wig or headpiece of your own. Or create wacky hair using ribbons, clips, colouring or anything you can think of.
Child Cancer Foundation provides one-to-one, personalised support to Kiwi children diagnosed with cancer and their family. It aims to ensure that children and their families are supported, informed and remain connected at every stage of their cancer journey.
Child Cancer Foundation receives no direct funding from the government, so relies on the generosity of New Zealanders to support its cause. This is one of the charities our Special Character leaders have chosen to support this year because it is a charity close to our heart as cancer has affected one of our students.
