Week 4, Term 4

Hi everyone,

Thank you to those parents that were able to help with our School Athletics Sports last Thursday.  The children were all very enthusiastic about the day and had a great time.

There is swimming for most of the 5 year olds this Tuesday and Thursday. If any parents are able to help with transport please be at school by 1.10pm.

On Wednesday 2nd November the school will be performing a song from our musical at the Thyme Festival Lunch-time concert. This is held at St Enoch's Church lawn area.

There is a Family Mass this Saturday 5th November at 6 pm, starting with a picnic tea and games at 5 pm. All are welcome.

The letter of the week this week is Vv.

Have a great week,

Sue, Julie and Rosalie

Week 3

We hope that everyone had a super long weekend!!

Well done to all the children for an amazing effort in our school musical. They were all amazing and it took a lot of self control and patience to get to the end result. You all should be super proud of them all, as we are!!!.

Swimming tomorrow for Room 1 and 3 Room 2 children. (please see last blog post for details). We were going by bus, but it is too expensive so we will be taking cars and buying some school car seats.

This week on Friday, it is the school athletics at Molyneux park. Children are to be dropped there in sports gear at 9am and picked up at the end of the day. Bus children will be taken by car.
More information and the timetable for this school event will be on the blog soon.

The letter for the week is Ll.

Have a great week

5 year old swimming

All Room 1 children as well as George, Lilli and Jack Melvin, will be having swimming lessons on Tuesdays  and Thursdays for the next 5 weeks.  They will be going to the pool and back by mini-van. I would love some parents to help with dressing and undressing please. The lessons are at 1.30, so if you could be at the pool by 1.15, that would be great.
Please remember to send your child to school with togs and towel this Tuesday 25 October.

Thanks

Sue
