Hi everyone

As we have a Mother's Day cafe to celebrate Mothers Day, we also celebrate Father's Day.
This celebration will be on Monday 4th September from 12.15 pm till 1pm.

Children are all welcome to bring a dad, granddad, uncle or friend to the shared lunch and races.

The cost for the lunch will be $6 for a child and adult. If your child will not have someone attending with them the cost will be $3. Could we please have money ASAP in a named envelope to Mrs Wright or Mrs Flannery.

Children will be bringing an invite home today.

Thanks
Julie and Sue

Hi everyone

We hope you all had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the beautiful weather!

Feel free to join us for Mass this Wednesday or Assembly on Friday which will be led by Room 6.

Have a great week,

Week 5 Term 3

Hi everyone

A big thank you to those children who came to Mass on Sunday to share their art work.  We have had positive feedback from several parishioners.

Also congratulations to all the children for a great crosscountry effort and thank you for the wonderful family support for this event.

We are short of parents to help with PMP this Friday so if you are able to assist please put your name on the roster on the Room 1 door.

Thank you to those parents who have sent recycling materials along for construction.  Please keep these coming on a regular basis.

Mrs Flannery is away most of this week, as she was sick today and is helping with the Yr 6 ski camp at Coronet Peak from Wednesday to Friday.  Mrs Chamberlain and Mrs Donaldson will be teaching Room 1.

Tomorrow is gymnastics so the children are able to wear their sports uniform.

Have a great week,

Sue and Julie

Week 4, Term 3

Hi everyone

Sorry the blog is a bit late this week.

Thank you to those families who were able to join us for Mass on Sunday and congratulations to the new entrants who received their Bibles.

Children need to wear sports uniforms Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday for gymnastics, cross country. and PMP.  Cross country is this Wednesday afternoon - please check the separate notice on the blog.

We have a school/parish Mass this Wednesday morning at 9.00.  Please feel free to join us.

A big thank you to those parents who have sent along boxes and containers for construction in Action Stations.  Please remember to keep these coming - send them along to school instead of your recycling bin.

Week 3, Term 3

Hi everyone

Hope you all had a great weekend.

As we are in the middle of cross country training, the children are welcome to wear their sports uniform and running shoes to school each day.
Remember the St Gerards cross country is on the afternoon of Wednesday 16th August.

We have gymnastics again this Tuesday morning.

A big thank you to those parents who have put their name on the PMP roster on Room 1's door.

We still need more untreated wood offcuts if you have access to any supplies, and also would love any old hand drills if anyone has an old one at home or knows a grandad that has one just lying around unused.  Another thing we need is nails if you have any spares.

Please keep sending along small boxes, pottles, containers etc as our construction box is getting quite low.

School Mass is this Sunday 13th August and children are expected to attend in uniform.  The latest New Entrant children will be presented with Bibles. A contribution for morning tea and/or the food bank would be greatly appreciated.

Just a reminder to read your child's poem with them each weekend and sign it, as this is their weekend reading.

Have a good week,

Sue and Julie
