Hi

Tomorrow is the Mothers Day Cafe!!
It is really important that each child has one person to attend. This could be mother, grandmother, friend. If your child has no one coming please let me know ASAP so I can sort someone.
Please come to the office area at 10.30am.

Monday is Caritas Day. Caritas Aotearoa NZ is an agency that works towards making a real
difference in the lives of people living with poverty or injustice. The Caritas Challenge is an annual event that builds solidarity with the poor. In support of this we are having a ‘Rice Day’ at school.  Children are allowed to have morning tea and will only have rice for lunch.  So no pie warmers tomorrow. Please provide your child with a named bowl and spoon.  If your child is unable to eat rice, please let me know. Sponsorship forms were also sent home and these can be returned to school by May 25th.

Wednesday we have a school house netball tournament. Children wear house colours that are appropriate for playing netball. We will be walking up to the courts after an early lunch. You are welcome to come and watch. This will start at 1pm.

Primary will be having a Pink Shirt Day, this coincides with NZ Bully Free Week.
Pink Shirt Day is to show our support and stand up to bullying .
