Week 3 Term 2

We hope that everyone had a super weekend.

This week Room 1 have science on Tuesday morning. 

Swimming for 6 year olds is on Thursday.

School Mass this Sunday. All children are expected to attend in school uniform and sit with their class. 

If your child is unable to be there, please send a note to school.
Next Monday 11 May, we are having our Mother's Day Room 1 and 2 cafe. This is when all children bring one person. This can be a Mum or a Grandma or a friend. This is at 10.30am on Monday 11th May. The children will make your morning tea and serve you in our very own cafe!!! Writing tomorrow will be making invitations. 

Our Friday discovery time is very exciting and the children are enjoying their learning experiences.  

This week for Discovery we are going to be having a guest speaker talking about their experiences during the war.
Please remember to put your name down on the list on the Room 1 door if you are able to help with PMP on a Wednesday afternoon.  This is a very important programme that develops children's motor skills but we will be unable to run it if we don't have enough parents to help.  We need three parents for each session and you will be shown what to do.  

On Friday the children have hockey so they are to wear tracksuit pants, please.

Fun sticks hockey is on this Sunday. Please let Julie know by Tuesday, (the day for entering teams), if your child can or cannot play.  A text or email is fine. Last time some children who were down to play never turned up.
