Week 3, Term 4

Hi everyone,

Well, what a wonderful day we had for the fair yesterday!  Thank you all for your support and help with this event.  Over $14000 was raised, with $2000 of this being the children's art auction! Art pieces can now be paid for at the office and collected.

This week, we are heading to Pioneer Park at 11.35 to perform our kapahaka at the lunchtime concert. Children will take their lunch with them. We would love to have some parents walk with us to, and from, the park.

On Thursday at 1.00pm, Room 2 children will be walking to the cemetery for a liturgy as it is All Soul's Day.  Once again, we would love some parents to accompany us.  Room 1 will not be going as they have swimming.

Three more weeks of swimming on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Room 1.  A big thank you to those parents who are helping out with transport and at the pool. We had a major mix-up with boy's shirts on Thursday.  PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS OF CLOTHING ARE NAMED.  At the moment, we have a spare T-shirt with the name Cam Reid on it, another unnamed T-shirt, and Billy is missing a T-shirt with Love or Cockburn written on it.

Have a great week,

Sue, Julie and Kate
